These Terms govern your use of Roomlore (the "Game"), provided by NTVTech ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or playing the Game you accept these Terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Game.
Roomlore is a single-player tidying and arranging game. Each room has one correct arrangement. There is no timer, no score, and no way to lose — an object placed in the wrong spot simply returns to your hand.
The Game is offline-first. Everything except downloading additional collections works without an internet connection.
The Game is rated suitable for everyone aged 4 and over. It is not directed at children and is not published in a children's category. If you are a minor in your jurisdiction, use the Game only with the involvement of a parent or guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play the Game on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, rent, resell or redistribute the Game or its content, except where that restriction is prohibited by law.
The Game is free to play and is funded by advertising supplied by Google AdMob. Advertisements appear between rooms and, optionally, in exchange for a hint. There is never an advertisement inside a room while you are playing. Advertisers are third parties; we do not control the content of their advertisements. See our Privacy Policy for how advertising data is handled and how to change your advertising consent.
The Game may offer optional paid content. All payments are handled by the Apple App Store or Google Play under their own terms, and refunds are governed by those stores' policies, not by us. Purchased content is licensed to you, not sold, on the terms of this section. We may change the price or availability of paid content; any change applies only to future purchases.
All artwork, text, sound, level design and code in the Game are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by copyright. Roomlore's places are fictional locations set in real neighbourhoods. Nothing in the Game is a depiction of a real home, a real business, or a real person, and no real person or property is named or portrayed. Any resemblance is unintended.
You agree not to use the Game to break the law, not to interfere with its operation, and not to attempt to gain access to parts of our systems you are not authorised to use.
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, arising out of your use of or inability to use the Game. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the Game in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and nothing affects any statutory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
We may add, change, suspend or discontinue any part of the Game, including individual collections, at any time. If a service the Game depends on becomes unavailable, offline play of already-installed content continues to work.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. This does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory consumer law of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Game. Continuing to use the Game after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
