Privacy Policy

Roomlore (the "Game") is a quiet tidying and arranging game set in real places. This Privacy Policy explains what data the Game does and does not handle. Roomlore is provided by NTVTech ("we", "us", or "our").

Data We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, transmit, or store any of the following:

• Your identity — no name, email address, phone number, account or profile of any kind. The Game never asks for one.
• Your game progress — which rooms you have finished, where you placed each object, and which memories you have unlocked stay in a local database on your device.
• Your contacts, photos, files, microphone or camera — the Game requests none of these permissions.
• Your precise location — the Game has no location permission and no location feature.

Because this data never leaves your device, we cannot see it, access it, or share it.

Diagnostics and Analytics

The Game uses two Firebase services from Google:

• Firebase Crashlytics — sends a report when the Game crashes, so we can find and fix the fault. A report contains the technical error, the stack trace, your app version, device model and operating system version.
• Firebase Analytics — collects a small set of standard measurements: app opens, session starts, app updates, your app version, device model and language, an approximate location derived from your IP address, and an app-installation identifier created by Firebase. We use it to understand which collections people play and where they stop, so we know what to build next.

We call this "anonymous" because it carries no name, email address or account, and we never try to work out who you are from it. To be precise rather than merely reassuring: Firebase assigns an identifier to your installation of the Game, and it always sees your IP address and the time of each event.

What is never reported: your game progress, your saved layouts, and the memories you have unlocked are never uploaded, under any setting.

Advertising

The Game shows advertising supplied by Google AdMob. Ads appear between rooms and, if you choose to watch one, in exchange for an optional hint. There is never an advert inside a room while you are playing.

• In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, the Game shows a consent message built with Google's User Messaging Platform before any personalised advertising is served. You may refuse personalised ads and still play the whole Game; you will simply see non-personalised ads instead. You can change your choice at any time in Settings → Privacy options.
• On iOS, the Game asks for App Tracking Transparency permission. If you decline, advertising continues without the advertising identifier.
• AdMob may use an advertising identifier held by your device. You can reset or limit it in your device settings.

In-App Purchases

The Game offers optional paid content. Payments are processed entirely by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment card details.

We use Qonversion to validate purchases and to restore them if you reinstall the Game or move to a new device. Qonversion receives your purchase status together with an anonymous installation identifier that contains no name, email address or advertising identifier. See https://qonversion.io/privacy.

Downloaded Content

Some collections are downloaded after installation, over a secure HTTPS connection, to keep the initial download small. The Game also reads a small configuration file through Firebase Remote Config, which is how we can fix a bad setting without shipping an update.

Both are downloads only. No game data is ever sent as part of them. As with any download, the server sees the request itself — your IP address, and for Remote Config the app-installation identifier described above.

Local Storage

The Game stores your progress, your saved layouts, the memories you have unlocked, and your settings (language, sound, music) in a local database and in the app's private preferences on your device. None of it is synced to any server. Uninstalling the Game removes all of it.

Children's Privacy

Roomlore is rated suitable for everyone aged 4 and over because it contains nothing objectionable. It is not designed for or directed at children, it is not published in a children's category on either store, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction, such as 16 in parts of the EU).

Your Rights

Depending on where you live you may have rights under laws such as the GDPR (European Economic Area, United Kingdom) or the CCPA/CPRA (California), including the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, and the right to object to or opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.

In practice: because Roomlore has no accounts and stores nothing about you on a server, all of your game data lives on your device and deleting the Game deletes all of it. For the diagnostics and advertising described above, you can:

• change or withdraw your advertising consent in Settings → Privacy options;
• reset or limit your advertising identifier in your device settings;
• write to us at the address below and ask what we hold and ask us to delete it.

We do not sell your personal information, and we never have.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the Game. Continuing to use the Game after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
