Pikura - Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pikura ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are a parent or guardian, you agree on behalf of your child.

2. Description of Service

Pikura is a creative drawing and coloring application designed for children ages 3-10. The App provides drawing tools, coloring templates, guided drawing lessons, and photo-to-coloring features.

3. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)

We do not collect personal information from children.

All data (drawings, preferences, progress) is stored locally on the device only. No account creation is required. No data is transmitted to our servers.

4. In-App Purchases

The App offers optional premium subscriptions ("Pikura Plus") that provide access to additional content. All purchases require parental verification through a parental gate. Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.

5. Advertising

The App may display non-personalized, age-appropriate advertisements. Ads are served with child-directed treatment enabled. No personal data is used for ad targeting.

6. Content and Intellectual Property

All content created by users belongs to them. Template designs, lesson content, and app assets are owned by NTVTech and licensed for personal use within the App.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties. NTVTech is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance.
