Pikura - Privacy Policy

1. Overview

Pikura ("the App") is a children's drawing application developed by NTVTech. We are committed to protecting children's privacy and comply with COPPA (Children's Online Privacy Protection Act) and GDPR-K.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect any personal information from children, including:

Names, email addresses, or other contact information
Photos (source photos for Photo Magic are processed in-memory only and never stored or transmitted)
Location data
Device identifiers for tracking purposes

3. Information Stored Locally

The following data is stored ONLY on the user's device and is never transmitted to our servers:

Drawings and artwork files
App preferences (theme, language, age mode)
Drawing progress and achievements
Optional display name (entered during onboarding)

4. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

Firebase Analytics: Anonymous, aggregated usage statistics only (no PII)
Firebase Crashlytics: Anonymous crash reports for stability improvement
Google AdMob: Non-personalized, child-directed advertisements only
Firebase Remote Config: App configuration (no user data transmitted)

5. Advertising

Advertisements are:

Non-personalized (no behavioral targeting)
Marked as child-directed (tagForChildDirectedTreatment)
Age-appropriate (max content rating: G)
Not displayed on drawing/coloring/lesson screens

6. Parental Controls

Parents can access the Parent Zone (protected by a parental gate) to:

Manage app settings
Control notification preferences
Export or delete all data
Manage subscription

7. Data Deletion

All app data can be deleted through Parent Zone > Delete All Data. Uninstalling the app also removes all stored data.

8. Security

All data remains on-device. No cloud accounts or logins are required. Premium purchases are tied to the app store account, not to any identifier we create.

9. Changes to This Policy

We will notify users of significant changes through an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
