These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Hidden Cam Detect application (the "App"), provided by NTVTech ("we", "us", or "our"). Please read them carefully. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
By accessing or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Hidden Cam Detect is an awareness and triage aid, not a guaranteed detector. No smartphone app can find every hidden camera, recorder, or listening device. The App does not replace a professional physical inspection or a qualified technical security sweep.
You must not rely on the App as your only means of protection. A "no suspicious signals found" result does not mean a space is safe or free of devices. Always combine the App's results with a careful hands-on check, and follow the guided checklist provided in the App. We make no promise that the App will detect any particular device.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.
You agree to use the App only in places where you have the legal right to do so — for example, your own home, room, or accommodation. You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your location, including laws relating to privacy, surveillance, recording, and property. You must not use the App to harass, stalk, or violate the rights of others. You are responsible for how you interpret and act on the App's results.
The App offers an optional paid subscription ("Pro") that unlocks additional features. The following terms apply:

The App, including its software, design, text, graphics, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the App. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss, harm, or injury arising from your use of, or inability to use, the App — including any failure to detect a hidden device. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that it will detect any specific device.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you within the App. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
