These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Class Schedule Management mobile application ("App") operated by us.

2. Description of Service

Our App provides:

• Class schedule management and organization
• Student/member profile management
• Course and session tracking
• Learning progress analytics
• Data export capabilities
• Cloud synchronization (Premium)
• Educational tools and resources

3. Account Registration

3.1 Account Creation

• You must create an account using Google or Apple Sign-In
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account security
• You must be at least 13 years old to use this service

3.2 Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized account use

4. Subscription and Payments

4.1 Free Features

Basic app features are available at no cost, including:

• Local data storage
• Basic schedule management
• Limited member profiles

4.2 Premium Subscription

Premium features require a paid subscription:

• Cloud backup and sync
• Export data in multiple formats (PDF, Excel, CSV)
• Advanced analytics
• Priority customer support
• Ad-free experience

4.3 Payment Terms

• Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually
• Payments are processed through Google Play or App Store
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• No refunds except as required by law
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled

4.4 Cancellation

• You may cancel at any time through your app store account
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds for unused time

5. Acceptable Use

• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Share login credentials with others
• Reverse engineer or modify the App
• Upload malicious content or viruses
• Violate others' privacy or intellectual property
• Use the App to spam or harass others
• Circumvent security measures
• Use automated tools to access the App

6. Content and Data

6.1 Your Content

• You retain ownership of data you input into the App
• You grant us license to process your data to provide services
• You are responsible for backing up important data
• We are not liable for data loss

6.2 Our Content

• The App and its features are our intellectual property
• You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works
• Trademarks and logos are protected

7. Privacy and Data Protection

• Your privacy is important to us
• Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information
• We comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, Vietnam's Personal Data Protection Law 91/2025 and Decree 13/2023)

8. Advertising

• Ads are provided by Google AdMob
• We do not control third-party ad content
• Premium users enjoy an ad-free experience

8.2 Ad Personalization

• Ads may be personalized based on your usage
• You can opt out of personalized ads in device settings
• We comply with advertising privacy regulations

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Service Availability

• We strive for 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee continuous service
• Maintenance and updates may cause temporary interruptions
• We are not liable for service disruptions

9.2 Accuracy

• We do not guarantee the accuracy of scheduling or calculations
• You are responsible for verifying important information
• Use the App at your own risk for critical scheduling

10. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not liable for data loss, business interruption, or lost profits
• Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

• You may delete your account at any time
• Cancelling subscription does not delete your account
• Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate or suspend your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Non-payment of subscription fees
• Extended inactivity (12+ months)

12. Governing Law

For Vietnamese Users

These Terms are governed by Vietnamese law, specifically:

• Civil Code 2015
• Consumer Protection Law 2010
• Personal Data Protection Law No. 91/2025/QH15 (effective January 1, 2026)
• Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection

For US Users

These Terms are governed by state law without regard to conflict of law principles.

For EU Users

These Terms are governed by the laws of EU countries and comply with EU Digital Services Act.

13. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms periodically
• Changes will be posted in the App
• Continued use indicates acceptance of changes
• Material changes will be notified 30 days in advance
